UMI X2 is one of the quad-core phone from Chinese manufacturer, and now the UMI X2 just rolled into International markets. As a first step, India has just got this smartphone and is priced at 14 thousand rupees or the equivalent of $260 USD. It seems this phone will be available in another Asian countries.
This phone is entering the phablet category since packs with a 5 inches screen size. In addition to the big screen, this phone offers full HD 1080p resolution. The UMI X2 is powered by a quad-core processor from MediaTek MTK6589 1.2Ghz and PowerVR SGX544 GPU, sports with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory.
In the back, this phone offers a 2500 mAh battery capacity. For photographic purposes, there is a 13 megapixel rear-facing camera and a 2 megapixel front-facing camera. This phone is running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS and upgradable to Android 4.2. This UMI X2 is also equipped with dual SIM card supports.
