India’s Mobile Manufacturers are offering their smartphones against the stiff competition by the Chinese Manufacturers. Will the Indian smartphones will give the chinese vendors decent competition?  Recently, Wickedleak presented very affordable octa-core smartphone, the Wammy Neo Youth, only at INR 8,500 or US$ 140. iBall also launched their phone, the octa-core iBall Andi 5K Panther.

The iBall’s smartphone, Andi 5K Panther, sports 5-inch 960×540 pixel HD display. The phone runs on octa-core 1.4 GHz MediaTek MT6592. It is same as in the Xiaomi Redmi lower version. Detailed specs of Andi 5K Panther are as follow:

Specifications

  • 5-inch 960 x 540p display

  • 1.4GHz octa-core CPU

  • 1GB RAM

  • 8GB on-board ROM

  • 8 mega-pixel rear camera
