THL is a Chinese brand, which is known not only in China, but also internationally. They have released some quality devices for a budget price. This time, we take a look at the THL 4000.
This device packs quite plain and simple design, which does not stand out from the crowd too much, yet looks great. There is a speaker on the front along with the front facing shooter, which has 2mp.
