Dual operating systems has been a big trend during the past few years when it comes to the development of tablets PCs. So it doesn’t come as a surprise that PiPo has come out with a refreshed version of their previous W4 tablet that now features two operating systems – Android 4.4 and Windows 8.1.
The PiPo W4S features a quick switch button that allows users to switch between the device’s Android and Windows operating systems seamlessly and almost instantly without the need for shutting down either OS. This leads to a more convenient way of switching between the operating systems. This system is also safer for the device by protecting both the device’s data as well as its battery.
The W4S features an 8-inch display with a screen resolution 1280×800 pixels, a 1.3GHz Intel Atom Z3735F quad-core processor with integrated Intel HD graphics that supports DirectX 11, 2GB of RAM, a large storage capacity of 64GB, a 5-megapixel rear camera with autofocus, a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, and a large 4,500mAh battery.
While most of the specifications of the W4S seem slightly sub-par, the company is vying on its dual operating systems, its large 64GB of storage, and competitive price of 699 Yuan to lure customers into buying the tablet.Always be the first to know. Follow us:
