It looks like Blackview has decided to branch out of releasing only smartphones with the introduction of two new actions cameras – the Hero 1 and Hero 2 action cameras.
The Blackview Hero 1 is a WiFi Sports Video Camera that users can sync to their smartphones for video/still remote control, playback, and settings adjustment. The Hero 1 is powered by a Ambarella A7LS75 chipset and a Sony IMX206 image sensor. It’s equipped with a 1.5-inch LCD screen with a display resolution of 960×240 pixels and can support up to a 64GB SD card.
On the other hand, the Blackview Hero 2 features 2.4G RF that’s coupled with a Wireless Control Watch with Display. It’s powered by an Ambarella A7LA50 chipset and an OmniVision OS4689 image sensor. It comes with a larger 2-inch LCD screen with the same display resolution as the Hero 1’s screen as well as the same support for up to 64GB SD cards.
Both the Hero 1 and Hero 2 are powered by 1,050mAh battery and are equipped with HDMI and USB 2.0 ports as well as a built-in microphone and speaker. Both weigh 0.650kg and measure 5.9 x 4.1 x 2.9cm. Information on availability and pricing are currently not yet available.
