It looks like fingerprint sensors have started to become the norm in mid-range to high-end smartphones as even Oukitel has joined the fingerprint sensor game with the announcement of their new Oukitel U10 smartphone.
The Oukitel U10 features a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor similar to the one found on the Huawei Mate 7 as well as a full metal body that measures only 7.9mm thin and looks like a mix of the Huawei Mate 7 and the iPhone 6. The rest of the U10’s body measures 154×76.9mm.
It also features a 5.5-inch JDI Full HD OGS screen with a display resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a MediaTek MT6753 64-bit 1.3GHz octa-core processor, a Mali-T760 GPU, 3GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, and a 2850mAh Li-Po battery that supports quick charging.
The U10 is also equipped with a 13-megapixel rear camera with a Samsung 3M2 sensor and coupled with a dual-LED flash, a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, dual SIM dual standby support, a hybrid SIM card tray that can also support microSD cards, and is powered by Android 5.1 Lollipop.
The Oukitel U10 will be available in either White+Gold or Black+Space Grey at a very competitive price of only $160. The company did not mention when exactly the new device will start becoming available but it is safe to assume that it will be available for purchase very soon.Always be the first to know. Follow us:
