The new Pipo X1 replaces the old version of the device which was powered by a Rockchip RK3066 processor and a plastic body. Aside from the new internals, the new X1 also comes in a metal casing that measures 114 x 34.5 x 13.9mm and weighs only 40 grams. According to the company, the metal casing allows for better heat dissipation and removes the need for an internal fan.

The Pipo X1 Windows 10 PC Stick will be available sometime later this year in either a single-OS configuration with Windows 10 or a dual-OS variant with both Android and Windows 10. The company has yet to reveal a price for the new device.
