Vivo has launched Vivo X5Pro, the company’s latest high-end smartphone in X series in India. And what better way to make a name for yourself in the smartphone industry, than to sell a really attractive piece of device for a really attractive price.
Vivo made its X5Pro smartphone official in China in May, but today the same device got introduced to the Indian market. The X5Pro can already be pre-booked from India using Vivo’s official website for the subcontinent. If you do that before July 31, you have a chance to win an X5Pro or some other gifts.
The phone will become available throughout India on this August 15. It is going to be priced at INR 27,980, which means about $439 or €403 at the current exchange rates.
In terms of specs, a sleek 5.2-inch Full HD AMOLED handset features a metallic frame, a Snapdragon 615 processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of expandable storage, a 13MP camera with f 2.2 aperture and phase detection autofocus, an 8MP front camera, a 2,300 mAh battery, dual-SIM functionality, 4G LTE and Android Lollipop. Unfortunately, the software skin bears a distinct iOS flavor.
Lastly, It’s powered by Qualcomm’s 64-bit Snapdragon 615 SoC packed with an octa-core Cortex-A53 CPU and Adreno 405 GPU. It is powered with Vivo’s Funtouch OS 2.1 on top.
