It looks like Ulefone is already working on more than one smartphone for next year as the company releases another set of photos of a new prototype that looks very much like a mix between the Ulefone Paris and the Meizu MX5. The company also recently released a few photos of another upcoming smartphone that resembled the Huawei Mate S.
According to the pictures, the new prototype features a three-piece grey metal back cover that are connected by pieces of plastic that also act as openings for the device’s antenna. The rear of the device features its round camera, flash, and round-shaped fingerprint sensor. There also seems to be infrared sensor under the flash that could act as the camera’s laser autofocus. The top of the device houses the 3.5mm port, the left-hand side features two buttons that we assume are for power and volume, and the bottom of the device features two rows of holes for possibly the dual speaker system.
While the company hasn’t given any information on the two new devices, they could possibly be the company’s new flagship devices for next year. Both feature full metal bodies so it looks like the company is planning to transition their flagship devices to the popular body type which has proven successful for other brands Apple, Samsung, and Huawei. Whether they also plan to adapt full metal bodies to all their devices is unknown.
