The Huawei Mate 8 will reportedly come in two different variants, one with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage while the other with 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage. It will be powered by the octa-core Kirin 950 processor and will feature a large 6-inch display with FHD 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution. There will be a 16MP camera at the back along with a 8MP front facing shooter. Also, it will run the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.

This is higher than the Meizu Pro 5 handset with Exynos 7420 on board. What’s even more interesting is that this is the v5.x of AnTuTu and it is said that Huawei’s Kirin chips should post better results in the new AnTuTu v6.0. The new version is said to be developed in consideration with a number of chipmakers including Huawei for an open and fair evaluation of all chips.
