Huawei, the Chinese tech giant will be holding a press conference on November 26 to officially launch Huawei Mate 8, their flagship smartphone of the year. But like it usually happens new images of the smartphone has surfaced online just two days ahead of launch. The new images reveal a lot about the design and looks of the smartphone and what we can expect from Mate 8.
Images of Huawei Mate 8 have leaked earlier too but Huawei had been clever enough till now to prevent the actual design of the smartphone from leaking out but not anymore.
As it is evident from the images Huawei Mate 8 will definitely come enclosed in a metal chassis. The images reveal that there will be different color variants like it had been earlier speculated. Front of the smartphone features the Huawei branding at the lower bottom of the panel. The frame hints the phone using a larger 6 inches display sporting a resolution of 1080p or more. (It can be Quad HD according to some reports.)
The back panel further confirms that Huawei Mate 8 will feature a fingerprint sensor at the back as you can clearly see it just below the camera unit. Other specifications of Mate 8 include a Kirin 950 octa core chipset under the hood.
Like it was earlier speculated there will be two variants of the smartphone : one with 3GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage and other with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage. As for the price of the Mate 8, it is said that the 3GB RAM+ 32 GB storage will carry a price tag of 3299 Yuan whereas the 4GB RAM+ 64 GB storage will carry a price tag of 3899 Yuan.
Huawei Mate 8 will feature a 16 MP rear camera along with an 8 MP front facing camera. It will be running latest version of Android i.e. Marshmallow out of the box and is expected to bring a huge 4000mAh battery on board.
