After successfully launching in Middle East and European markets back in October, ZUK Z1 has added another accolade to its name by debuting in the Indonesian market. ZUK has entered into a partnership with country’s largest eStore Blibli.Com and is slated to go on sale carrying a price tag of 4.499 Million Rupiah (2074 Yuan approx).
Zuk Z1 was launched among much fanfare during a press conference attended by ZUK CMO Chen Jin, Blibli.com CEO Kusumo Martanto and Qualcomm Indonesia exec Shaneedy Ong.
ZUK Z1 was for the first time unveiled back in August this year. As for the specifications, the smartphone flaunts a 5.5 inch Full HD i.e. 1080p display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor coupled with 3 GB RAM, 64 GB internal storage, 4100 mAh battery, USB Type-C along with 13 MP and 5 MP cameras. ZUK Z1 is based on Android 5.1 Lollipop and the international version ships with CyanogenMod 12. Both the versions are confirmed to receive Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.
Commenting on the launch Zuk CMO said, “ZUK is a young brand, fresh, vibrant .ZUK Z1 is tailor-made for the modern young people, most of whom are heavy mobile phone users, every day a lot of time spent using a mobile phone, Z1’s design is to meet them The heavy use of mobile phone habits.”
