CES 2016 is going on in full swing and living up to the expectations of the people around the world, manufacturers have started showcasing their upcoming devices.
Lenovo has joined the league by launching a toned down version of its highly successful smartphone Vibe S1 that goes by the name Lenovo Vibe S1 Lite today at CES.
Lenovo Vibe S1 Lite is an affordable smartphone that comes with some worth mentioning specifications for its price. It flaunts a 5.0 inches Full HD display and is powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor clocking at 1.3 GHz.
Vibe S1 Lite comes equipped with 2GB of LPDDR3 RAM and 16GB of internal storage. It supports expandable storage up to 32GB via microSD card.
Vibe S1 Lite features a 13MP rear camera with Phase detection Auto Focus and dual LED flash along with a 8MP front facing camera.
Vibe S1 Lite runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box and it would be even better if Lenovo updates this to Android Marshmallow. This smartphone comes with 4G LTE connectivity along with other usual connectivity options like 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS.
Vibe S1 Lite supports dual NanoSIM and is backed by a 2700 mAh battery under the hood.
This smartphone will be available in White and blue color options carrying a price tag of $199 (1298 Yuan) and will be available for purchase in the first quarter of 2016.
Despite its introduction at the CES, this smartphone will not be sold in the US markets which is sad news for fans in America.
