As it’s already known, Huawei will be announcing its new flagship, the Huawei P9 on April 6, in London. What else is already known? Most of the specs that the new device will be carrying: 5.1″ 1080p display, Kirin 955 2.5GHz SoC, fingerprint sensor, 4GB/64GB RAM/ROM combination, dual-13MP lens on the back, 8MP on the front and Android 6.0 to drive them all.
In addition, there will probably be a Lite version as last year’s P8 Lite, probably with less RAM (3GB) smaller storage capacity (32GB) and definitely lower-powered SoC.
As always, after the presentation in London, Huawei is going to hold a press conference in its home country, China, where it will announce the domestic prices of the new devices.
So, when will it be? @Kevin, posted a leaked photo of the event invitation where it’s revealed that the event will be held on April 15, in Shanghai at the “Shanghai Grand Stage”.
The invitation theme is “instant frame of the world”, clearly hinting that the camera will be a very strong feature of the Huawei P9.
