Screenshots from the GFXBench database reveals a Huawei device with Kirin 950 SoC with 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage 13MP/8MP rear/front camera modules and a 6.9″ display of 1080p resolution running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
Judging from the specs, it is believed that the device is Huawei P9 Max and it will likely carry 4GB RAM when it will officially come to the market. Of course, GFXBench just shows specs and not model names, so the device could very well be part of the Honor Series instead.
Until now, Huawei hasn’t released a supersized phablet device apart from Huawei Mate 7, so don’t be surprised if it does soon enough.
