Tomorrow Huawei will announce the new member of the Honor Series, the Huawei Honor 5C and today an Antutu benchmark result came to light showing us the power category that the Kirin 650 SoC will be in.
According to the benchmarking app, the model code of the device is “NEM-T00L” and is powered by Kirin 650 octa-core SoC with eight Cortex-A53, four with 2.0GHz and four with 1.7GHz frequency. The GPU is Mali-T830 and it is probably manufactured by TSMC using the 16nm process.
To the rest of the specs, the device sports a 5.2″ FHD display 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage, 13MP rear camera + 8MP front camera. Android 6.0 is running on the device unlike previous generations that have not gotten an update yet.
The Antutu 6 results show a mediocre result of 53,000 points compared to Helio X10 that also has eight A53 cores but clocked higher at 2.3GHz and PowerVR G6200 GPU that scored over 60.000.
