iPhone devices are not just another brand for the domestic competition in China but very often an iconic model. So it is reasonable for many companies to copy some of its features or design for their devices. Some companies even decide to copy the entire design of an iPhone and create a so called “clone”.
One such device is the new DOOV L8 Plus that showed up on the TENAA website and if you look at it from the front, it is an exact iPhone 6S Plus clone (well, except for the front camera position). Just like its sibling, the DOOV L5 Pro that is an iPhone 6S clone, the L8 is almost exactly the same in the front but the back is quite different, resembling mostly to Huawei models .
The specs are quite good too with a 5.5-inch 1080p display, dimensions of 156 × 75.5 × 7.9 mm and 161 grams weight, eight-core 1.5GHz processor, 3/4GB RAM, 32/64GB expandable storage, 13MP rear and 8megapixel front camera, 2650mAh battery, dual-SIM support and Android 5.1 system.
The price is not available for the time being nor the exact release day but if it passed TENAA, it is close enough.
