The Chinese smartphone manufacturer UMi has an interesting portfolio of devices with good specifications at a reduced price. Among those specs are a battery of 4000mAh capacity and Helio P10 processor. The new UMi Max is one of the main bets this year of UMi Chinese company.
With a design language that follows the latest market trends and some interesting specifications, this phone is presented as an interesting affordable alternative to the most popular 2016 phones. The chipset chosen is Helio P10 from MediaTek with eight A-53 cores and Mali T860 graphics in charge of processing. In addition, the phone has 3 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal memory, expandable to 256 GB.
UMi recently uploaded a speed comparison between the Max and the Meizu M3 Note that also carries the Helio P10 SoC and it shows that, although featuring the same SoC, UMi Max is a little faster in everyday tasks. . It’s snappy to open apps (which is good as so many of them get closed frequently) and it tops the M3 Note on the benchmark apps as well.

UMi MAX single core score is 756, higher than Moto X, close to LG Nexus 5. As for multi core, UMi Max got 2674 score catching up with Oneplus One and surpassed LG Nexus 5 here.
As you can see on the video above, UMi Max achieved download speeds up to 76.21Mbps and upload speeds up to 4.74Mbps on a 100Mbit internet connection.
