After the Microsoft turmoil, Nokia is making a comeback to the smartphone market. Numerous rumors and leaks have made their way to the internet hinting that Nokia is planning something big for the consumers. That being said, the Finnish brand will be showcasing its smartphones at next year’s Mobile World Congress. In the past, we have seen renders of a new phone that may or may not be the phone Nokia is building.
After the confirmation from the brand that it will be returning to do what it does best, the details of a new smartphone has surfaced which suggests that there could be a flagship device in tow. It is purported that Nokia’s phone will flaunt a 5.2-inch or 5.5-inch display supporting QHD (2560 x 1440) resolution. In addition to that, there will be a Snapdragon 820 chipset under the hood.
Latest rumors suggest that this smartphone from Nokia will be making use of Carl Zeiss optics equipped camera. In terms of design, there will be a metal body which will be waterproof as well. As of now the authenticity of this information could not be ascertained, so you better take this with a pinch of salt.
