Last year, Huawei had launched the Huawei Y7 (2018) smartphone. Popular tipster Roland Quandt has shared vital information on the specifications of the Huawei Y7 (2019) smartphone. The tipster has also shared the renders of the successor of the Y7 (2018) handset.
Quandt has revealed Huawei Y7 (2019) will be featuring a 6.2-inch display with a waterdrop notch. The handset will be offering an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and HD+ resolution of 1520 x 720 pixel. The notch houses an earpiece and a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. It indicates that the low budget smartphone will be able to capture impressive selfie shots. There is a notification LED in the area between the display and frame like the Honor 10 Lite and Huawei P Smart (2019). The below image reveals that the bottom bezel of the phone will be large enough to house the brand name of the company.
The rear shot of the Huawei Y7 (2019) features a dual camera setup along with LED flash. It will include a 13-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The AI dual camera will offer features like scene detection and using the right camera settings for shooting better shots.
The Snapdragon 450 chipset that includes 1.8 GHz octa-core processor will be powering the Huawei Y7 (2019) along with 3 GB of RAM. It will be featuring a native storage of 32 GB. The handset will be equipped with a microSD card slot for additional storage. The handset will be packed with a 4,000mAh battery which will allow it to last for up to 2 days. However, the big battery will lack support for fast charging since it will be featuring a microUSB. It may take around 4 hours to completely charge the battery of the Huawei Y7 (2019).
Some countries may receive the Prime or Pro version of the Huawei Y7 (2019) that will come with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of inbuilt storage. The Huawei Y7 (2019) with 32 GB storage + 3 GB RAM is expected to release in Europe with a price tag of around 150 euros. However, there is no information on the launch date of the Y7 (2019).
