OPPO announced the Reno3 and Reno3 5G a few hours ago. Now that some users have gotten their hands on the phones, more details are surfacing. A Weibo user has shared the AnTuTu results of both phones and the results are surprising.

Prior to the release of the phones, Master Lu shared benchmark results of the two phones, pitting the Snapdragon 765G against the Dimensity 1000L. In that comparison, the Snapdragon 765G-powered Reno3 Pro 5G came out on top. For AnTuTu, the reverse is the case.

The Reno3 5G is the winner with a total score of 337,669 points as against the Reno3 Pro 5G’s score of 320,822 points.

A breakdown of the score shows the Dimensity 1000L-powered Reno3 5G recorded a CPU score of 126,692 points while the Reno3 Pro 5G scores 102,230 points.

Just like in the Master Lu benchmark results, the Dimensity 1000L also grabs the higher GPU score for AnTuTu as well. It scored 99,250 points as against the Snapdragon 765G’s 93,977 points. However, the Reno3 Pro 5G is the winner in the memory and UX categories.

Both the Reno3 and Reno3 Pro 5G support dual-mode 5G networks. However, the latter is more expensive, has a curved display, and comes with more camera features.
