Last month, it was rumored that Samsung is working on two new Galaxy Book Pro laptops. Recently, the company has even received Bluetooth certification for the notebooks, which will apparently be called the Galaxy Book Pro and the Galaxy Book Pro 360. Now, certain specifications of these laptops have been revealed.

Samsung Galaxy Chromebook 2

According to a SamMobile report, the South Korean tech giant will be launching the new laptops in two size variants, namely a 13.3 inch and a 15.6 inch model. These laptops will feature OLED panels, which is among its key selling points. Furthermore, both the Galaxy Book Pro and the Galaxy Book Pro 360 will also arrive with support for the S Pen as well. The report further adds that the upcoming notebooks will be powered by Intel Core i5 and Core i7 processors.

In other words, these are not Chromebooks, and feature Windows OS. Additionally, the Galaxy Book Pro will be available in both Wi-Fi and LTE models, while the Galaxy Book Pro 360 will launch in a Wi-Fi and 5G enabled variant. At the moment, the difference between the base Pro and Pro 360 variant is unknown, but the ‘360’ might be indicative of its screen’s hinge mechanism, which might allow for a wider range of movement for the display.

Samsung Galaxy Book Flex 2

Recently, Samsung had launched new laptops like the Galaxy Book Flex 2 5G, the Notebook Plus 2, and the Galaxy Chromebook 2 as well. While the brand hasn’t announced any imminent launch of new laptops, the certification implies that the devices are not too far off. Unfortunately, this is still just an unconfirmed report and we will have to wait for an official company announcement to know for sure. So stay tuned for more updates.
