As former rumor, TCL will be the first factory which will product phone with MTK MT6589 processor, and today, the first phone model is confirmed by TCL official website. It is TCL P600, will launch in beginning of January, 2013.
According to news reports from our reliable sources, the Mediatek chipset manufacturers to develop their new mobile quad-core processor based on the latest 28-nanometer, the MT6589 (formerly known as the MT6588) and TCL Mobile will debut the use of such processors.
