ZTE has just released a new Quad-core Android smartphone. The phone has slim body and packs with NVidia Tegra 3 chipset, thats called ZTE U950.

The ZTE U950. powered by quad-core processor Nvidia Tegra 3 with 1.3 GHz clock speed and sports with 1GB of RAM, this phone certainly can smoothly running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. Moreover, ZTE claim that the U950 has a 12 GPUs.

This phone has 4.3 inch screen display, also has a 5MP main camera, and front-facing camera with VGA resolution, equipped with 4GB internal memory and has 2000 mAh battery capacity.

The phone has thinnest body with only 9mm, and ofers with very affordable price. ZTE U950 is rumored to be available in the Chinese market in November for just 999 yuan (around $ 160).

Unfortunately, ZTE has not provided certainty whether these phones are available outside in Chinese market?.
