This afternoon, Xiaomi co-founder, Li Wanqiang, announced in his Weibo account that the company is getting ready to release a new 1499 RMB Hongmi flagship phone. There is no mistake. At the wake of the Meizu MX4’s success, Xiaomi is on the move.

As of now, nothing is known about its specifications, but it should use the MT6595 processor like the MX4.
