It looks like you could possible get a smartphone with your name engraved on it as DOOGEE has announced that their upcoming DOOGEE F3 could come with custom engraved wood and bamboo back covers.
The company said that they’re considering letting customers have their names laser-etched anywhere on the wood and bamboo back covers of their upcoming DOOGEE F3. The company is relying on customer feedback to decide whether or not to push through with this plan. If this does happen, it will be the first time a smartphone company will be allowing customers to customize their smartphones during manufacturing.
Additionally, the company also confirmed today that the upcoming DOOGEE F3 will come in two versions (as opposed to the previously rumored three) – a standard DOOGEE F3 that comes with 2GB of RAM and 720p HD display as well as a DOOGEE F3 Pro version that comes with 3GB of RAM and a full HD 1080p display.
The DOOGEE F3 is scheduled for release sometime in September of this year. The new device is rumored to feature a MediaTek MT6753 64-bit processor, a 2.5D arc glass panel, and will run Android 5.1 Lollipop.
