It was just yesterday that details on Huawei’s Honor 4A were leaked from TENAA and now the company has officially launched the said device at a conference in China.
As in our reports yesterday, the Honor 4A does feature a 5-inch screen with a display resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and a 2200mAh battery. And as previously rumored, it also features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 quad-core processor clocked at 1.1GHz and 2GB of RAM. Sadly, although rumored to feature 16GB of internal storage, the final product only comes with 8GB of storage.
The rest of the Honor 4A’s features include an 8-megapixel rear camera, a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, and Android 5.1 Lollipop.
The Huawei Honor 4A will be available in three variants – two 4G LTE variants and one 3G variant. The two 4G LTE variants will be priced at 699 Yuan while the 3G variant will be available at 599 Yuan.
This new smartphone from Huawei is sure to shake up the entry-level smartphone market with its impressive specifications coupled with a very competitive price.
