It’s been one year since Xiaomi entered the Indian market and the company is partially celebrating its anniversary in the country by launching a 32GB variant of the Mi 4i which was also originally launched first in India.
The rest of the 32GB Mi 4i variant’s specifications remain the same which include a 5-inch full HD IPS display, a 1.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 64-bit octa-core processor, an Adreno 405 GPU, 2GB of RAM, and a 3120mAh battery.
It also still comes with the same 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone flash, 5-megapixel front-facing camera, Android 5.0 Lollipop with MIUI 6 software, and support for dual SIM dual standby with both SIM slots capable of supporting up to 4G connectivity. Connectivity-wise, the Mi 4i supports, as previously mentioned, 4G/LTE as well as Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, and GPS.
The new 32GB variant of the Mi 4i will be available at price of Rs 14,999 while the original 16GB variant is still priced at Rs 12,999. Additionally, customers who purchase the older 16GB version of the Mi 4i from any participating online retailer will receive a Rs 500 coupon for purchasing any of Xiaomi’s other products.
