Asus Zenfone Max has been announced as a real treat for those people that are into longer battery life from a larger battery. This is one of the very few smartphones out there that come with a enormous — 5,000 mAh cell & you can even use the phone as a power bank to charge other devices as well.

The Asus Zenfone Max comes to you with a 5.5-inch IPS display of 720p resolution that has awesome Gorilla Glass 4 protection on top. It is powered by a Snapdragon 410 chipset with a 1.2GHz quad-core CPU & a power of 2GB RAM. Internal storage is 16GB, but that’s further expandable via the microSD slot.

It is a dual-SIM device and will launch in October, running on Android 5.0 Lollipop with Zen UI 2.0 on top.

It will also support 4G LTE networks, 3G with HSPA+, GPS and Bluetooh 4.0. The Asus Zenfone Max is hoped to arrive in October this year. The price has not been announced and confirmed yet but expect more detail to appear close to release date.
