Xiaomi gets the credit for releasing some of the best value for money smartphones in the market today. And Note 2 Pro is going to be the company’s first smartphone with a Fingerprint sensor. What has been keeping Xiaomi away from launching a smartphone with fingerprint sensor for so long is still unknown.
Note 2 Pro has kept the rumor mills running since the first details about the smartphone leaked some time back. Since then Note 2 Pro has kept the internet abuzz with numerous leaked images and specifications of the smartphone time and again. Some days back this flagship smartphone got TENNA certified in China confirming earlier rumors.
Now images have appeared online showcasing the back panel of the much awaited smartphone. Note 2 Pro will come with a metal back panel and resembles the look and feel of a Powerbank’s body. The back panel of Note 2 Pro looks elegant with MI branding at the lower end and three holes on the upper side for Camera unit, dual LED Flash and Fingerprint scanner to be exact.
Note 2 Pro comes with specifications almost similar to Note 2. Note 2 Pro runs Android 5.0.1 Lollipop out of the box and sports a 5.5 inch Full HD display. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio X10 processor clocking 2.0 GHz coupled with 2 GB of RAM. The internal storage capacity is 16 GB and features the usual combination of 13 MP and 5 MP rear and front cameras. Note 2 Pro will be drawing power from a 3060 mAh battery. As far as pricing is concerned, it will be available for around 1099 Yuan ( $172 approx).
