Gionee Elife S8 is the next big thing for Gionee and the Chinese tech giant will officially unveil the device at MWC on February 22. Though, Gionee has not revealed anything about the upcoming flagship device, still many of the features of the device are already a public knowledge.
Previously renders of Elife S8 were leaked which indicated the presence of Laser Auto Focus along with 16MP camera in addition to the fully metal clad body. New photos of the device have leaked just ahead of launch revealing what could possibly be an Ultra-Sonic fingerprint sensor on the back of this smartphone.
The leaked image also reveals the presence of USB Type-C port along with headphone jack and USB port located at the bottom of the smartphone which is quite unusual for flagship devices.
As for the other specifications of this smartphone, Elife S8 runs on Android 6.0 out of the box with Amigo UI on top of it. The display is purported to be somewhat smaller than 5 inches with Super AMOLED resolution. Elife S8 is powered by a MediaTek P10 octa core chipset coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.

As of now there has been no confirmation regarding the specifications of this device from Gionee and we will get to know the exact details once this device is officially unveiled on February 22.
