Lenovo has unveiled two new smartphones at this year’s ongoing Mobile World Congress that goes by the name of Lenovo Vibe K5 and Vibe K5 Plus. Both these smartphones are mid-range devices targeted at the budget audience. Lenovo Vibe K5 carries a price tag of $129 (840 Yuan) and Vibe K5 Plus is priced at $149 (971 Yuan). These affordable smartphones will be available in Silver, Grey and Gold color tones.
Lenovo Vibe K5 is a dual sim smartphone flaunting a 5-inch 720p display and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 415 octa-core chipset coupled with 2GB of RAM. It comes with 16GB of internal storage and supports expandable storage up to 32GB. Vibe K5 comes with the usual 13MP rear and 5MP front cameras.
Moving on to Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus, this smartphone packs a 5-inch 1080p display and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 quad-core chipset coupled with 2GB of RAM. Like the Vibe K5, it also sports 13MP and 5MP rear and front cameras respectively.
Both Vibe K5 and Vibe K5 Plus feature 4G LTE connectivity among all other usual connectivity options and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box. Both phones are fueled by 2750mAh batteries.
