Huawei, after much speculation, has finally unveiled Honor 5C entire network variant. This smartphone will be making use of Kirin 650 chipset. This is Huawei’s first entire network chipset manufactured using the 16nm process and comes with Mali-T830MP2 GPU.
During the launch event, it was further unveiled that Huawei has created history by shipping more than 80 million Kirin chipsets which is a major milestone for the Chinese brand as it ventured into the chipset making business not long ago.
Kirin 650 chipset increases performance by 65% while reducing power consumption by 70% which makes it an ideal chipset to be used in today’s smartphones.
