Meizu, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer, has teased a new smartphone launch in the Indian market. The company has tweeted a promo image but has not yet revealed the launch date.

The promo image posted by the company contains the number 6, and also resembles the Meizu M6 Note’s dual camera setup. Its noteworthy that the company has not specifically mentioned that the phone is getting launched. However, the company has used the hashtag #StayTrue on the image, which was used for the initial launch of the smartphone in China.

The company has also posted another image which features a quad LED flash, confirming that the device is indeed Meizu M6 Note.

The Meizu M6 Note smartphone has a beautiful metal unibody, and is expected to be available in Blue, Champagne Gold, and Obsidian Black colours. The smartphone comes with a 5.5-inch Full HD display with a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a 2.5D curved glass on top.

It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor along with Adreno 506 GPU. The device is available in three variants — 3GB RAM with 16GB internal storage, 3GB RAM with 32GB onboard storage and 4GB RAM with 64GB of internal storage. All these variants of Meizu M6 Note comes with microSD card support for expanding the storage capacity.

On the optics front, there is a 12MP Sony IMX362 rear camera, which has a ƒ/1.9 ultra-wide aperture, and a 1.4μm pixel CMOS image sensor. It also has a 5MP Samsung 2L7 secondary camera sensor at the back. The phone also features a 16MP front camera with a ƒ/2.0 wide aperture.

The smartphone runs on Flyme OS 6.0, which is based on Android 7.1.2 Nougat operating system. It comes powered by a 4,000mAh battery that supports mCharge 18W fast charging and promises up to 10 hours of gaming. It also sports fingerprint scanner on the front, embedded in the phone’s home button.

Recently, Meizu also teased Meizu Pro 7 smartphone launch in India and now the company has teased M6 Note Pro smartphone launch. There is a possibility that Meizu could launch both the devices in India.
