What about the LG G Flex and LG G Flex 2? What these three phones have in common is that they all launched with a flexible curved display. News has it that Chinese smartphone manufacturer, Doogee will be launching a similar device in the near future.</p>
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-width="550" data-dnt="true">
<p lang="en" dir="ltr">Remember the Galaxy Round and LG Flexes? Well next year Doogee will try its hand at a curved screen device, with 18.5:9 aspect ratio, 6GB of RAM, and 128GB storage. <a href="https://t.co/NFD6TaYloX">pic.twitter.com/NFD6TaYloX</a></p>
<p>&mdash; Evan Blass (@evleaks) <a href="https://twitter.com/evleaks/status/930793218073137153?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">November 15, 2017</a></p></blockquote>
<p><script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script></p>
<p>The info about Doogee&#8217;s upcoming smartphone was revealed on Twitter by Evan Blass (@evleaks). In his tweet, he said the unnamed Doogee phone will launch next year.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-158292" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Doogee-flexible-display.jpg?x10805" alt="Doogee flexible display" width="1200" height="761" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Doogee-flexible-display.jpg 1200w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Doogee-flexible-display-300x190.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Doogee-flexible-display-768x487.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Doogee-flexible-display-1024x649.jpg 1024w" sizes="(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px" /></p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-158291" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Doogee-flexible-display-2.jpg?x10805" alt="Doogee flexible display" width="1200" height="800" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Doogee-flexible-display-2.jpg 1200w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Doogee-flexible-display-2-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Doogee-flexible-display-2-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Doogee-flexible-display-2-1024x683.jpg 1024w" sizes="(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px" /></p>
<p>However, the device won&#8217;t stop at a curved display. It will also have an 18.5:9 aspect ratio, 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage. There is no word on the chipset of choice, camera configuration, and battery capacity. One can only hope the rest of the specifications are equally impressive.</p>

<p>Evan Blass also provided images of a flexible display made by Doogee. In the photos, we can see the display is bent forward and backward to show how flexible it is.</p>
