Homtom has been quiet for some time now with little information reaching the media about new devices. Despite that fact, the company has quietly released a new device with a huge 1000mAh battery and modern features like the 18:9 display and powerful specs.
As we can see on the official product page, the Homtom HT70 sports a 6″ HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio and minimum bezels, so small that it can easily be considered as a “bezel-less” device. The large screen/body ratio has affected the fingerprint reader position that can be found in an uncommon place, just left of the rear camera, resembling the positioning of the Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+.
Of course, the highlight of the HT70 is its huge 1000mAh battery that is charged through the Type-C 9C/3A fast charger and can be used for reverse-charging other devices as well. As for the rest of the specs, it comes with the octa-core MT6750T coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Just beside the fingerprint sensor, there is a 16MP/5MP dual camera setup and on the front lies the 13MP selfie snapper. As said before, it comes with USB Type-C port and runs on Android 7.0.
