Last week we informed you about an upcoming AI conference speaker, the eMeet OfficeCore M2. eMeet is a tech startup from China that specializes in developing AI-Powered speakerphones and judging by its start, there is great potential in the market for them. The M2 brings to the table AI voice localization along with long sound pickup distance. Useful when the conference table is longer than usual. In addition, M2 units can connect with each other to offer practically infinite expandability. Also, there is a quad microphone array equipped with AI algorithm.
The OfficeCore M2 has a tough competition on the market since traditional companies like Jabra offer their own products in the category but it seems capable of competing head-to-head, having some features that competition lacks off. Like the VoiceIA™ Algorithm based on artificial intelligence technology DNN(Deep Neural Network) that can effectively suppress background noise and eliminate echo effectively.
The eMeet OfficeCore M2 will hit the market on May 28th at just $209, $20 less than its main competitor, Jabra 710. Below you can see the comparison chart between those two and the previous model eMeet M1.
