Besides the top flagships S-Series and Note, Samsung has been doing a great job in the mid-range category the last 3 years with its A-Series. The A-Series is placed in the upper part of the mid-range smartphones with premium quality parts and good performance. The latest addition to the line is the Galaxy A9 Star that will debut tomorrow in China and results on Geekbench have already appeared.
As you can see in the information provided by Geekbench, the A9 Star will come with the mid-range flagship SoC Snapdragon 660 accompanied by 4GB of RAM and will run on Android 8.0 Oreo. In addition, there is a 6.28″ FHD+ AMOLED display with 18:9 aspect ratio and 64GB of internal storage.
If all information proves to be true, the A9 will also have a dual camera module on the back and there will be a lite version too. As for their price, it remains to be revealed too.
