The iPhone X triggered the “notch frenzy” and since last September, multiple Chinese manufacturers are releasing their version. This time, it is Ulefone that releases an “iPhone X clone” and its name is no surprise: Ulefone X. Despite the fact that many users make fun of the notch, the truth is that it saves space instead of taking up space, as it allows for the notification bar with all the standard icons (battery, signal, etc) to move outside the main display space.
The Ulefone X comes with a 5.85″ HD+ display with 18.9:9 aspect ratio and that contributes to maximizing the display real-estate while making the overall body narrower and easier to handle with one hand. As for its design, there are clear similarities with the iPhone X. Glass is used both on the front and back while the rear dual camera is placed vertically on the upper left corner. The decision to use glass on the back has to do with better signal reception as well as wireless charging. Yes, the Ulefone X supports wireless charging which is nice. The rest of the specs include the MT6763 SoC together with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. There is a 3300mAh battery, fingerprint reader, 16MP/5MP rear camera, 13MP front camera, and Android 8.1 Oreo.
