According to a new report, Samsung is apparently looking into an early release of its Samsung Galaxy S11 series. Initially, there were many rumors regarding the release date being around the third week of February or even the 18th of February. However, it seems that 11th February is the date of the launch, according to an Israeli website.

The South Korean tech giant is reportedly planning on holding the launch event in San Francisco, USA. It was also where the last year’s flagship series, the Galaxy S10, was unveiled. Galaxy S11 being launched in early February also allows the company to enjoy the attention to its premium handset before the arrival of MWC 2020; a conference where various OEMs showcase what their latest and upcoming products have to offer.

The extra time could lead to a healthy sales number globally and give the company some time to consider revealing other interesting devices during MWC. Notably, the Samsung Galaxy S11 will not be alone during the Unpacked event. The report has also suggested that the flagship series will share the stage with the Galaxy Fold 2. Again, similar to how the Galaxy S10 arrived with the Galaxy Fold earlier this year.

Unfortunately, these are just speculations and rumors so take them with a pinch of salt. However, if educated guesses can be made after seeing the company’s track records; it is still quite possible that Samsung might have an early flagship launch with the latest Galaxy Fold series.
