Xiaomi is apparently planning on launching another Redmi Note 11 series smartphone soon. The new model will be the Note 11S, which is expected to globally launch by the end of next month.

According to 91Mobiles and Mukul Sharma, the Redmi Note 11S might be launching for the global market by the end of February 2022. The known tipster @stufflistings also added that the Chinese brand has already begun internal testing for the smartphone in Europe and Asian markets like Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. It is currently unknown regarding when the device will be available in India, but it is likely to follow soon after the global release of the Note 11S.

So, the handset is expected to hit the global markets by the end of February and is rumored o be powered by a 5G enabled MediaTek Dimensity chipset. Furthermore, the Note 11S will reportedly house a triple camera module on the rear, consisting of a 108 megapixel primary Samsung HM2 camera, an 8 megapixel Sony IMX3555 ultra wide angle lens, and a 2 megapixel OV2a OmniVision macro sensor. On the front, the device is tipped to house a 13 megapixel selfie shooter, with its display offering a 90Hz refresh rate display.

Although, it’s unknown if it is an AMOLED or LCD panel at the moment. Unfortunately, finer details about the device like its storage configurations, processor, design, and more are still unknown.
