Xiaomi has today launched the MIJIA Front-loading Washing Machine 10kg in China. The washing machine comes with the brand’s iconic minimalist design while retaining a solid build quality. The MIJIA Front-loading Washing Machine 10kg will go on pre-sale on March 22 for 1479 yuan (~$232) but will be sold for 1699 yuan (~267).
The MIJIA Front-loading Washing Machine 10KG comes with three major selling points. The first is it utilizes a Direct drive motor. This reduces the operating noise, making the wash session to be noise-free. The second key feature is sterilization and mites removal. The washing machine features high-temperature sterilization of up to 95°C and mites removal. The new MIJIA washing machine comes with up to 23 washing modes. The characteristic wool wash gently cares for the fabric.
The MIJIA Front-loading Washing Machine 10KG is equipped with a 48-pole high-efficiency DD direct-drive motor, equipped with intelligent chips and algorithms. Compared with the traditional Belt drive, it has high transmission efficiency and precise control. It is more durable while cleaning clothes and protecting clothes, providing a delicate cleaning experience.
It supports 50-decibel low-noise washing which is less than street ambient sound (about 60 decibels). Also, the 10kg washing machine supports pasteurization washing, high temperature washing, effective sterilization, deep cleaning of clothes with a sterilization rate as high as 99.99%.
As stated earlier, there are 23 washing modes to choose from, of which 16 modes can be selected on the panel. The remaining seven modes can be controlled using the Mijia app. Also, the app allows for the adjustment of many parameters which can easily handle all kinds of common fabrics.
It is important to note that the washing machine’s characteristic wool wash has passed the CVC institutional wool wash characteristic certification, which keeps wools plush and soft after washing, and restores the natural suppleness.
As a part of Xiaomi’s smart home appliances, it naturally realizes the interconnection of AloT devices. After the laundry is finished, the XiaoAI speaker will give a voice reminder or play music.
