The equally anticipated ZTE Nubia Z18 mini smartphone is expected to hit the store shelves on April 19.

Here’s a brief comparison between the two mobile phones on the basis of their design, hardware, and price.

Appearance & Design

The M9 Pro smartphone bears an eye-catching cosmetic appearance with rounded edges, a 2.5 D curved screen, and an infinity display. The phone is housed in a metal and plastic body and it sports an IPS HD+ (1440 x 720 pixels) display.

There’s a 13-megapixel + 2-megapixel camera setup with dual-LED flash and AF on the back. Up front, the M9 Pro houses a 5-megapixel shooter for selfies.

The phone’s dimensions are 71.2 mm x 148.0 mm x 9.5 mm (LxWxH) and it weighs in at 153 grams (with battery). You can choose from 3 color options including gold, black, and blue.

The imminent Nubia Z18 mini smartphone is expected to sport an alluring glass and aluminum body design, coupled with 2.5D curved glass screen and an FHD+ (1080 x 2160 pixels) display. Earlier reports suggest the phone will be up for grabs in black, gold-gold, white, champagne, violet, and blue color options.

Weighing in at 153 grams (with battery), the Nubia Z18 mini smartphone has a length of 148 mm, a width of 70.6 mm, and its height is 7.6 mm. The device is likely to sport a 24-megapixel + 5-megapixel dual camera setup on the back and an 8-megapixel selfie camera in the front.

Hardware & Performance

The Leagoo M9 Pro smartphone packs a powerful MediaTek MT6739 processor along with a PowerVR GE8100, 450 MHz GPU, under the hood. Furthermore, it offers 2GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable internal memory (up to 32GB).

The hybrid dual-SIM smartphone houses a non-removable 3,000mAh Lithium-Polymer battery which delivers up to 225 hours of standby time and up to 19 hours of talk time. Moreover, it has a single memory channel.

The M9 Pro smartphone comes with 3 card slots i.e. microSD, microSDHC, and microSDXC. It has a slew of useful sensors including a proximity sensor, accelerometer, ambient light, and a fingerprint sensor.

If rumors doing rounds online prove to be true, the Nubia Z18 mini smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 MSM8976 Plus processor, and it will employ a Qualcomm Adreno 512 GPU. The device is likely to come with 6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of non-expandable internal memory.

Moreover, it will be backed by a 3,450 mAh Lithium-Polymer battery that is equipped with fast charging technology. The built-in cell can reportedly deliver up to 290 hours of standby time and up to 12 hours of talk time.

The Nubia Z18 mini smartphone is expected to have a hybrid dual-SIM slot with dual standby. Previously surfaced reports suggest it will come with microSD, microSDHC, and microSDXC card slots.

The phone could feature a broad range of sensors such as an accelerometer, compass, light sensor, proximity, and a gyroscope. There’s hearsay that the Nubia Z18 mini will also have a fingerprint sensor that warrants the safety of your personal data.

Price

The Leagoo M9 Pro smartphone sells for about $90.99. The ZTE Nubia Z18 mini smartphone, on the other hand, is expected to set you back $240.
