The much-awaited Oppo A1 Android smartphone was launched on March 24, 2018, and the equally-anticipated Lenovo S5 smartphone was made available to the public on March 21, 2018. Let’s check out a brief comparison between the two recently launched smartphones based on design, hardware, and price.

The Oppo A1 features a sturdy metal body design. The phone’s dimensions are 73.1 mm x 150.5 mm x 7.7 mm (LxWxH) and it weighs in at 143 grams (with battery). Moreover, it sports an S-IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display.

On the back, the Oppo A1 sports a 13-megapixel camera with Single-LED flash and AF and it offers an 8-megapixel front shooter for selfies. You can choose from blue, red and white color versions of the smartphone.

The phone offers 3GB/4GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB/128GB of expandable onboard memory (up to 128GB via microSD card).

The S5 draws its juices from a 3,000 mAh Lithium-Polymer battery. The built-in battery offers up to 290 hours of standby time, 9 hours of talk time and up to 1.2 hours of charging duration.

The Oppo A1 can be yours if you’re willing to shell out about $259. Lenovo S5 4G smartphone will set you back about $190.
