The size of the tablet is 10.9 inches that provide a resolution of 1640 x 2360 pixels. The screen of the tablet is using the technology of Liquid Retina IPS LCD and protected by scratch-resistant glass and oleophobic coating. The tablet is enabled with sensors such as top-mounted fingerprint, accelerometer, gyro, compass and barometer.

The device is powered by the Apple A14 Bionic Hexa-core (2×3.0 GHz Firestorm + 4×1.8 GHz Icestorm) processor and runs on iPadOS 16 operating system. The phone is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po mAh (28.65 Wh). Apple iPad (2022) comes in a dimension of 248.6 x 179.5 x 7 mm and weighs 477 grams (Wi-Fi) / 481 grams (LTE).
