The device is powered by the Apple M1 Octa-core processor and runs on iPad 14.5 operating system. The device is pack with various internal storage options such as 128 GB, 256 GB, 512 GB, 1 TB, and 2 TB while it has 8 GB and 16 GB RAM.

The size of the tablet is 11 inches that provide a resolution of 1668 x 2388 pixels. The screen of the tablet is using the technology of Liquid Retina IPS LCD and protected by Scratch-resistant glass and oleophobic coating.
