The display size is 6.7 inches Super Retina XDR OLED that provides a resolution of 1284 x 2778 pixels. The display is protected by Scratch-resistant ceramic glass, and oleophobic coating. The dimension of the device is 160.8 x 78.1 x 7.8 mm and it weighs 203 grams.

The device is built with a glass front (gorilla Glass), glass back (gorilla Glass), aluminum frame. It runs on iOS 16 operating system. It is available in various colors including Midnight, Purple, Starlight, Blue, and Red.

Apple iPhone 14 Plus is powered by Hexa-core Apple A15 Bionic processor while the GPU supports Apple (5-core graphics). It is packed with 4 GB RAM and 128 GB, 256 GB, 512 GB internal storage options.

The smartphone features dual camera: 12 MP (wide) + 12 MP (ultrawide) with Dual-LED dual-tone flash. On the front, there is a dual camera: 12 MP (wide) + SL 3D (depth/biometrics sensor).

It also comes with Bluetooth 5.3, A-GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, QZSS, and NFC. The sensors include face ID, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, barometer + Ultra Wideband (UWB) support + Emergency SOS via satellite (SMS sending/receiving).
