The sensors include Face ID, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, barometer + Emergency SOS via satellite (SMS sending/receiving) + Ultra Wideband 2 (UWB) support.

It runs on iOS 17 operating system and available in various colors including Black, Blue, Green, Yellow, Pink. Apple iPhone 15 is powered by Apple A16 Bionic Hexa-core (2×3.46 GHz Everest + 4×2.02 GHz Sawtooth) processor while the GPU is Apple GPU (5-core graphics).
