This budget-friendly smartphone features a 6.56-inch IPS LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate and 450 nits brightness. It has a screen resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels with ~269 ppi density and an ~83.2% screen-to-body ratio. The device measures 164.2 x 75.7 x 8.8 mm and weighs 196.2g, supporting dual Nano-SIM cards.

Coolpad CP12 Neo runs Android 15 (Go edition) on the 64GB model and Android 14 on the 128GB/256GB versions. The phone is powered by the Unisoc SC9863A1 (22nm) chipset with an octa-core CPU and IMG8322 GPU. Storage options include 64GB with 2GB RAM, 128GB or 256GB with 4GB RAM, and support for microSDXC via a dedicated slot.

The rear camera includes a 13MP wide lens with autofocus and an auxiliary sensor, while the front has a 5MP selfie shooter. Both support 1080p video recording. Audio is supported by a loudspeaker and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Connectivity includes dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, GLONASS, BDS, and GALILEO. Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, accelerometer, proximity, and compass. It packs a 5000mAh battery with 10W wired charging via USB-C 2.0. Available in Platinum Black, Dream Blue, Cherry Pink, and Space Gray.
