The Energizer E246SC is a compact feature phone with a 2.4-inch TN TFT display, offering a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels (~167 ppi density). The screen provides a 29.6% screen-to-body ratio, making it suitable for basic tasks like texting and calling. It also has a secondary external 1.77-inch display for glance notifications.

The phone runs on a proprietary OS and is powered by the Unisoc T107 chipset (22 nm), which pairs with a single-core 1 GHz CPU. With only 128MB of internal storage and 48MB of RAM, the device is geared towards minimal app usage, but it does support expandable storage via a microSDHC card.

For photography, the Energizer E246SC includes a basic VGA camera with LED flash, capable of recording video. The phone also features a VGA selfie camera, allowing for basic self-portraits and video capture. Audio is handled by a loudspeaker, and it includes a 3.5mm headphone jack for wired audio.
